Community Nurse
Posted
Tired of short staffing, constant interruptions, and never having enough time with your patients? This Community Nurse role offers a genuine alternative to ward-based nursing, supporting adults in their own homes across Torquay and the surrounding areas. You’ll work with manageable caseloads, fewer distractions, and the freedom to focus on high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is designed for nurses who want to slow the pace, regain control of their day, and practise nursing the way it should be. You’ll work independently but never in isolation, with strong clinical support and a clear weekday structure that protects your work–life balance.
Package & Benefits
You’ll be joining a nationally recognised community healthcare provider focused on delivering unrushed, high-quality care in patients’ homes. The organisation prioritises clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and supporting nurses to work safely and sustainably outside of hospital settings.
