About the Role This is a long-term opportunity on a major construction project in Scotland. We are looking for an experienced, reliable Dumper Operator looking for consistent, well-paid work over an extended programme. The project offers excellent earning potential with a structured rotation pattern.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operating a forward tipping dumper safely on a large-scale construction site
  • Transporting excavated material, aggregates and other site materials as directed
  • Working within traffic management plans and maintaining safe distances from excavations and other plant
  • Completing daily pre-use checks and reporting defects to site management
  • Supporting the groundworks team with material movement and general site operations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment around the dumper

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS (A09) or NPORS card for Forward Tipping Dumper — essential
  • CSCS card — essential
  • Minimum 1-2 years proven experience operating a dumper on construction sites
  • Good understanding of site safety practices and site rules
  • Ability to work to instruction and within a team environment

Desirable

  • Experience on civils, groundworks or infrastructure projects
  • Additional plant tickets (360 excavator, roller etc.)
  • Experience working on brownfield or remediation sites
