The Role:
This role is for a Test Manager—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Test Strategy & Programme Governance
• Large-Scale UAT
• Custom-Built Functionality Assurance
• Integration & End-to-End Assurance
• Defect Management & Quality Control
• Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare Readiness

The Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on large, complex trading, logistics, or shipping programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of freight/shipping operations and ideally experience of IMOS
• Experience leading UAT, SIT and non-functional testing across multiple systems, business units, and user groups.
• Demonstrated experience testing custom-built functionality alongside vendor platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business and technology leaders, and confidence in challenging design from a testability and risk perspective.
