Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced and commercially focused Crane Sales Manager to join our growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technical sales professional to take responsibility for a key territory across the North of the UK and Scotland, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored equipment solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

Proactively develop and manage direct customer accounts to achieve agreed sales targets and deliver strategic objectives.

Support the Sales Department in processing enquiries, preparing proposals, and converting successful projects into confirmed orders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Manage the sales pipeline proactively, maximising conversion of opportunities and contributing to wider business targets and strategic priorities.

Provide technical support and advice to ensure clients fully understand the equipment and services available and that proposed solutions meet operational requirements.

Maintain accurate electronic activity records within the CRM system to ensure visibility of client activity and sales progress.
